Education and Building Management

A school these days carries responsibility, not only for educating young people, but also a wide range of building management tasks.

Although some manage their buildings themselves, many seek help from professional facilities management companies such as Munday + Cramer.

Together with strategically chosen partners, the Essex-based practice help schools manage their buildings, enabling them to concentrate on education. They assess what needs to be done and arrange for both scheduled and ad-hoc works to be completed with minimum disruption to the school.

Munday and Cramer can also assist schools with a wide range of services including:

  • Preparing bids to gain funding for the improvement of school buildings via the CIF (Condition Improvement Fund) Process
  • Undertake asset management plans and condition surveys
  • Provide advice and support regarding ESOS Energy compliance
  • Undertake curriculum surveys and space planning.
  • New builds
  • Extensions
  • Roof repairs and replacements
  • Heating system upgrades
