Fresh talent joins Munday + Cramer
To support the practice’s continued growth as well as the major recent CIF successes, Munday + Cramer has again added to its growing team with three new appointments.

Karen Lilley – Practice Manager
Karen Lilley joins Munday + Cramer as Practice Manager; a new role designed to support the continued fast-track growth of the business. Karen joins from the regional office of a National building contractor; having taken responsibility for quality management and business management systems. With additional experience in HR, Karen brings a range of skills and experience. Key to the new role will be the development of enhanced systems and procedures in support of ISO 9001 accreditation expected in 2017.
Adam Bryan – Senior Building Surveyor
Adam comes to Munday + Cramer as a Senior Building Surveyor, complementing the busy team with a range of experience gained across education, local authority and healthcare clients. With over twenty years’ professional experience, earned within a number of key regional practices, Adam will be a significant member of the building surveying department.
In addition to Adam’s surveying and project management experience, Adam also brings additional focus on facilities management planning and health and safety, having provided CDM/H&S advice to the Home Office and Ministry of Justice.
Tim Matecki – CAD Technician
Tim Matecki is Munday + Cramer’s latest CAD Technician, joining the busy architectural team to provide a range of supporting functions surrounding the practice’s ArchiCAD software. A qualified Architectural Technologist, Tim completed his studies at Anglia Ruskin University twelve years ago. Periods spent with several professional practices have earned Tim practical experience in undertaking surveys and developing drawings/designs for a number of sectors, with drawings and detailing completed for all stages within the construction process.
