Munday + Cramer are providing a range of professional services to support a major shop-fit scheme in Southend’s busy High Street. Working for Cube Developments, M+C are providing surveying and structural services to facilitate the shop-fit for a leading international brand. Requiring expansive retail areas, a number of key structural procedures are required, including:

• Moving of stair from retail area to back office
• Levelling of floors throughout retail area
• Raising ceiling heights
• Creation of new steel structure to enable removal of existing structural columns

The work is currently on-site.
