We’re thrilled to showcase our latest residential design project – a stunning transformation of this detached house that blends functionality with a modern appearance.

A bold 3-metre double-storey rear extension that reimagines the home’s living spaces. The ground floor now features a larger open-plan kitchen and dining area, complete with glazed sliding doors that allow flow of natural light. We strategically relocated the kitchen/diner to create a separate, dedicated office/snug space. 

The first-floor extension benefits from a master suite, featuring a spacious bedroom complemented by a sophisticated en-suite bathroom and a carefully designed dressing room. 

Part of the existing garage was converted into a practical utility area, with the garage itself extended to align with the house’s front. External cladding and black-framed windows update the home’s appearance, delivering a modern look that dramatically enhances the property’s appearance.
