Supporting the Next Generation of Architects as Amy Returns for Work Experience
At Munday & Cramer, we believe in supporting young talent and providing opportunities for aspiring architects to gain real-world experience. Last week, we welcomed Amy back to our team for another week of work experience, providing her with valuable hands on experience.
Amy first joined us back in 2021 before beginning her degree studies, and it’s been wonderful to see her return with fresh perspectives and enhanced knowledge.
Amy’s Learning Experience
Amy worked closely with John Allum, who provided mentorship and guidance throughout her placement. During her week at M&C, Amy explored the practical aspects of architectural work. She gained valuable experience working with ArchiCAD, where she developed her skills in creating detailed floor plans and producing 3D renders. This allowed her to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge gained during her studies and the practical application required in professional practice.
Our Commitment
Supporting work experience placements is more than just offering temporary work placements – it’s about investing in the future of architecture. We’re passionate about providing opportunities for students and recent graduates to develop their skills in a professional environment.
We’re thrilled to congratulate Amy on successfully completing her degree. Her dedication and enthusiasm during both of her placements with us have been impressive, and we’re confident she has a bright future ahead in the architectural profession.
