We’re delighted to announce that John Allum, our Senior Design Manager / Architectural Technician, has successfully achieved his CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists) Accreditation.

John’s Story

John’s story with Munday & Cramer began over 20 years ago when he first joined us as a university student seeking valuable work experience. While pursuing his studies, John would spend one day each week with our team, gaining hands-on experience in the architectural field and building the foundation for what would become a distinguished career.

Whilst at university and Munday & Cramer John won 3 student awards including:

  • Faculty of Building – Millennium Award for Environmental Research.
  • RIBA East Student Award 2005 Dissertation design of ‘Walking on Water’ Nautical Museum

Following his graduation in 2005, John joined us full-time. Throughout his development, he has demonstrated versatility and skill across a diverse range of projects, from educational facilities and residential developments to commercial buildings and heritage restoration work.

John’s achievement reflects the importance we place on continuous professional development at Munday & Cramer. Supporting our team members in achieving professional qualifications ensures we maintain the technical excellence and industry knowledge our clients expect.
