Josh Well’s Story into Building Surveying

We’re proud to share the journey of Josh Wells, who’s nearing completion of his Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship after four years.

Josh’s story began at a careers fair in 2021, where an initial interest led to work experience with our building surveying team. While he originally considered architecture, after discovering the diverse opportunities presented by building surveying, he decided to follow that path.

Josh has progressed to a position where he is now managing his own projects and mentoring our newest first-year apprentice. His ability to grasp complex concepts and apply them in real-world situations has truly impressed our entire team. Josh’s journey shows how apprenticeships can transform career aspirations into professional success.
