Munday + Cramer become ‘Regulated by RICS’
Essex-based building surveying firm Munday + Cramer has become a fully regulated member of the industry’s accrediting body the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The move further consolidates the practice’s commitment to ensuring excellence in customer service delivery.
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is the world’s leading body for monitoring professional standards in land, property and construction, originally established in the UK by Royal Charter in the 1800’s.
Director Lee Hatwell notes “achieving the ‘Regulated by RICS’ accreditation further strengthens our credibility within the building surveying sector. For over twenty years, Munday + Cramer has been successfully delivering these services to a range of clients; including schools, academies, home owners, healthcare organisations as well as commercial businesses. The accreditation serves to underpin the stringent processes and procedures we have in place to ensure that we give our clients the very highest levels of service.
The ‘Regulated by RICS’ standard means that a rigorous assessment has been undertaken to ensure Munday + Cramer adhere to the RICS’ codes of conduct, and its professional standards and scrutiny. It also identifies the need to ensure that staff receive regular training and continual professional development within their field.
