Amy’s Journey with Munday & Cramer

Amy’s story with us began back in 2020 when she first joined us for work experience. At that early stage of her career, she was eager to understand what the day-to-day life of an architect really looks like beyond the theoretical knowledge gained in academic settings. Her enthusiasm and genuine curiosity about the profession made a lasting impression on our team.

Following her work experience with us, Amy went on to pursue her architectural degree at university. The foundation she built during her time with us, combined with her academic achievements, has prepared her well for this next step in her professional development.

Last month, Amy returned to M&C to gain further hands-on experience with our team. During this period, we had the opportunity to see first-hand how much she had grown both personally and professionally. Her dedication, fresh perspective, and commitment to excellence made it clear that she would be a valuable long-term addition to our practice.

We’re excited to support Amy’s professional development and can’t wait to see all the great work ahead. Her fresh ideas, combined with our team’s experience and expertise, will contribute to the continued success of our projects and the growth of our practice.

Amy’s journey from work experience student to qualified graduate to apprentice architect demonstrates the value of perseverance, continuous learning, and finding the right professional environment to flourish.

Please join us in welcoming Amy to the Munday & Cramer team. We look forward to sharing updates on her progress and the exciting projects she’ll be contributing to in the months ahead.
