Josh Wells Achieves First Class Honours in Building Surveying

We are delighted to share that Josh Wells, one of our apprentices, has successfully graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with a First Class Honours degree in Building Surveying – what an outstanding achievement.

Josh’s journey with Munday & Cramer began several years ago when we first met him at a careers fair at Moulsham High School. Even then, his enthusiasm for the built environment and genuine interest in building surveying stood out.

The Apprenticeship Journey

Throughout his apprenticeship with us, Josh has consistently demonstrated his commitment to learning, attention to detail, and professional approach, all that has made a real impact on our team and the projects he’s been involved with.

The combination of practical, hands-on experience with our team and academic study has provided Josh with a comprehensive understanding of the building surveying profession. This dual approach has allowed him to apply theoretical knowledge directly to real-world situations.

Supporting the Next Generation

At Munday & Cramer, we’ve always believed in nurturing new talent within the building surveying and architectural professions. With over forty years of experience in the industry, we understand the importance of investing in the next generation of professionals. Josh’s achievement is a testament to what can be accomplished.

We congratulate Josh on this remarkable achievement and look forward to continuing to support his professional development as he takes the next steps in what promises to be a very successful career in building surveying.
