- Own the property you’re proposing a new boiler for.
- Have installed the system on/after 1st April 2022.
- Be replacing a system that currently burns fossil fuels (oil, gas, or electric)
Properties that aren’t eligible include:
- New builds
- Social housing
- Properties that have already been given this grant before
