In addition, the builders you instruct to undertake the project will need a detailed plan of what you’re proposing. Without this, they are unable to work. Getting the right information down on paper can be tricky. There are also all the difficult calculations and lots of different logistical issues to consider too. Bringing in an architect will remove an element of stress from off your shoulders.
