Munday and Cramer

New office and new team members

Munday Cramer has been very successful over the past few years, in CIF funding for Education. Since 2014, the practice has supported local academies in their funding applications, and has secured some £70m in grants. The function of the fund is to provide academy schools with the money needed to improve their buildings.

New Office

With this level of success, and a healthy pipeline for the next round of funding, it soon became clear that M+C would need more staff, and more space for them to work in. Fortunately, new premises became available just around the corner to the existing office in South Woodham Ferrers. The newly created CIF team, headed by Associate Director, Lewis Barr, moved into their shiny new home in June 2018. In addition to all the usual facilities, the new office comes equipped with a patio and BBQ area which has been a popular summer alternative to post-work Friday drinks!

New Team

In order to manage the workload, existing M+C building surveyors, Phil Cohen and Jack Haine joined the new team. Furthermore, Lewis has attracted additional talent in the shape of two new team members. Ryan Mitchell joins as a graduate building surveyor and bid co-ordinator. Mark Jackson brings further bid writing and bid co-ordination skills to the team.

It is M+C’s delight to welcome Ryan and Mark to the practice and look forward to another successful year, securing funding for our educational clients.
