Our practice recently secured almost £10 million of funding from the condition improvement fund in Essex, from this year’s applications. This hard-earnt funding will be going to various schools and academies across the county; including Colchester and Chelmsford. This capital can be used in many ways. Mainly, however, it is used for repair works to improve the built assets of a school, structurally speaking. It can also be used in order to improve safeguarding.
