Within our growing practice, Munday + Cramer always have opportunities for new entrants to any of the services that we offer. In recent years, we have been highly successful in establishing and developing degree apprenticeships in surveying and architecture. We do this in conjunction with local universities.

With a wide-range of services, Munday +Cramer offers fantastic career opportunities for all sorts of individuals. As a business, we work regularly with schools, supporting career events, seminars and offering work experience opportunities. We have had numerous long-term staff be recruited following work experience weeks!
We have been involved in providing Degree Apprenticeships since 2017 and have provided three of the earliest cohort members nationally for the RICS’ Building Surveying Degree Apprenticeship courses. Munday + Cramer expect our first apprentice to attain MRICS qualification in 2023, just 5 years after leaving school. Moreover, we are currently working with our local secondary schools to find our next apprentice. What’s more, we are also planning to re-run our ‘you’re hired’ event as mentioned below.
We have successfully delivered a wide range of school engagement sessions for students. What’s more, we welcome the opportunity to repeat such activities as those that we jointly undertook along with staff from the DfE/ESFA and RICS.
