Residential Development – South Woodham Ferrers
Our client came to us with an existing planning permission for a residential site in South Woodham Ferrers. Whilst permission had already been granted, the approved scheme did not fully reflect their dream. They asked Munday & Cramer to take a fresh look at the design and make some ajustments
Our Approach
Our architectural team reviewed the existing designs and worked closely with the client to understand their priorities. We redesigned the scheme then secured a new planning permission from Chelmsford City Council for three new dwellings that better suited the client’s vision and addressed key site considerations.
Design Highlights
Each of the three homes was designed with the following features:
- Open plan kitchen diner with a separate utility room, keeping the main living space clear and uncluttered
- Spacious lounge with connecting doors, giving residents the flexibility to open up or close off the space as needed.
- Four generous bedrooms across each dwelling, providing plenty of room for families.
- Master bedroom suite complete with ensuite bathroom and dressing room.
