The project aimed to expand the centre’s retail footprint, improve customer flow and enhance the overall shopping experience, while ensuring full compliance with planning and building regulations.

Our Role

We provided a complete architectural and surveying service from initial surveys through to regulatory approvals, including:

• Topographical survey to capture accurate electronic site measurements

• Full planning application prepared and submitted on behalf of the client

• Building Regulations drawings and compliance managed through to approval

• Design development to integrate the new structure seamlessly with the existing building

Design Features

The extension delivers over 645m² of new retail floor space, allowing the business to expand its product range and improve customer circulation throughout the store.

Customer‑Friendly Entrances: The extension includes new sliding and double‑door access points, improving flow and accessibility for customers, staff and deliveries.
