Munday & Cramer Returns to Moulsham High School Careers Fair

We were delighted to return to Moulsham High School this week for their annual careers fair, an event where our apprentices connect young people with opportunities in the built environment sector.

Apprentices Leading the Way

Our apprentices took the opportunity to share their experiences and insights with students considering their future career paths. For our apprentices, it was an opportunity to reflect on their own journeys whilst inspiring the next generation of talent in the construction and built environment industry.

We encouraged students to:

  • Research different roles within the built environment sector
  • Seek work experience opportunities where possible
  • Focus on both academic achievement and practical skills
  • Stay curious and ask questions about the industry

Why Careers Fairs Matter

Events like these are invaluable in breaking down misconceptions about apprenticeships and showcasing the diverse opportunities available in our industry. Many students may not realise that careers in the built environment offer excellent prospects, competitive salaries, and the chance to work on projects that make a real difference to the world we live in.

Looking Ahead

At Munday & Cramer, we’re committed to supporting the development of future talent in the construction and built environment sector. Our apprenticeship programme provides young people with the skills and qualifications they need to succeed.
