New Chartered Building Surveyor Apprenticeship


Munday + Cramer have taken a bold step in their recruitment and development; offering the company’s first Degree Apprenticeship to a local Sixth Form student. Michael Smith; who studied at the William de Ferrers School, just a few hundred metres from M+C’s offices in South Woodham Ferrers has already joined the company. Joining the busy multi-disciplinary Building Surveying and Architectural Practice; Michael has already dived in at the deep end, supporting the building surveying team to deliver the busy summer workload.
