New Residential Development

Working again with William Development Ltd, our team at Munday & Cramer converted a single bungalow plot into two semi-detached homes. Building on our previous successful collaboration in the area, we refined and adapted our earlier designs to perfectly suit this new location.

The Design

Drawing from our experience with similar developments nearby, we made several key modifications to optimise the design for this specific site. The width was adjusted to accommodate site boundaries, based on detailed topographic surveys. We reimagined the master bedrooms, replacing the Juliet balconies with windows and renewed material selections.

The New Homes

Each property offers carefully planned living spaces:

The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen and living area, complemented by a practical utility room.

Upstairs: three generously sized bedrooms provide comfortable personal spaces.

Outside: an open gardens create welcoming outdoor spaces, perfect for relaxation and entertainment.

Our chartered architects managed the entire process, from initial design amendments through to building regulations and planning permissions. This approach ensured a smooth journey from concept to completion.
